"You and 11 of your closest friends running day and night, relay-style, through some of the most scenic terrain North America could muster. Add in live bands, inside jokes and a mild case of sleep deprivation. The result? Some call it a slumber party without sleep, pillows or deodorant. We call it a Ragnar Relay... ".
This was my weekend. 188, actually 189.5 mile relay, thanks to a surprise trail adjustment on my last leg. My van was filled with 5 friends from high school, a few that I had not seen since then. In 36 hours we ran up and down the Wasatch back, caught up on life, reminisced and made new memories. I loved every minute. Looking forward to 2011. Goooo Bobcats!

that sounds so fun. I really want to do that.
Wow Heather! That's awesome, I saw the runners up in Logan on Friday. It looks like some dang hard work but lots of fun! Congrats on 189.5 miles, you're Wonder Woman!
